It seems the European servers are currently down in Guild Wars.  Anet is currently working on this issue and should be up soon.  It also seems that Anet has locked anyone other country from getting into HoH so Europe keeps Favor of the Gods until Europe can fight to keep the Favor. :( Darn you Anet.
